Das ist nie die Schuld des Mitarbeiters, sondern eher der mangelnden F\u00fchrung. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mein Punkt ist, dass es nicht das Medium ist, das Loyalit\u00e4t schafft, sondern die Bedeutung der Botschaft, die F\u00fcrsorge, der Respekt und die Wertsch\u00e4tzung gegen\u00fcber dem Kunden. Es ist das tief verwurzelte Engagement f\u00fcr die G\u00e4steorientierung, das sorgf\u00e4ltig in die menschlichen und nicht-menschlichen Reaktionen einprogrammiert oder inspiriert wurde, die den Unterschied ausmachen. Und lassen Sie einen Kunden immer die \u201e0\u201c dr\u00fccken, um mit einem f\u00fcrsorglichen und hilfreichen Mitarbeiter zu sprechen, wenn er dies m\u00f6chte. Er gibt unseren Kunden Optionen.\u201c <\/em><em>Wenn man bedenkt, dass unsere Kunden im Flugzeug eine Maske getragen haben, dann wahrscheinlich den ganzen Tag in Meetings waren und mit Maske \u00f6ffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzt haben, k\u00f6nnte der Gedanke, unn\u00f6tig in der Schlange zu stehen, um einen Schl\u00fcssel abzuholen, der entscheidende Faktor sein, der einen unzufriedenen Kunden dazu bringt, der eigentlich nur einen Schl\u00fcssel haben m\u00f6chte, um auf sein Zimmer zu gelangen, die Maske abzunehmen und tief durchzuatmen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bei der Einf\u00fchrung des kontaktlosen Check-ins m\u00fcssen wir Folgendes ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Nicht alle Kunden werden es nutzen wollen.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Wenn die Schl\u00fcssel\u00fcbergabe an einen Automaten verlagert wird, erfolgt der Kundenservice nicht mehr \u00fcber die Rezeption. Wohin also verlagern wir ihn?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Was passiert, wenn ein Kunde um 22 Uhr kommt, die Rezeption geschlossen ist und der Automat nicht funktioniert? Ein Notfallplan f\u00fcr alle Eventualit\u00e4ten ist unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Ich habe mit Hotels zusammengearbeitet, die kontaktlose Optionen eingef\u00fchrt haben. Ich habe gesehen, wie diese sehr erfolgreich funktionierten, aber auch, wie sie scheiterten. Erfolgreiche Hotels stellen sicher, dass mit den Kunden wiederholt und auf verschiedene Weise kommuniziert wird, um sicherzustellen, dass sie wissen, wie sie einchecken k\u00f6nnen, und dass ihnen eine alternative Option angeboten wird.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Der kontaktlose Check-in funktioniert am besten in Objekten, in denen ein Manager vor Ort ist, der auf Abruf bereitsteht, wenn etwas schiefgeht. Die \u00d6ffnungszeiten der Rezeption k\u00f6nnen verk\u00fcrzt und die Arbeitskosten gesenkt werden, aber wir m\u00fcssen immer einen Backup-Plan bereithalten. <\/em><em>Ein Inhaber sagte mir: \u201eTamie, der kontaktlose Check-in ist fantastisch und hat mein Leben dramatisch ver\u00e4ndert. Ich kann jetzt jeden Abend um 18 Uhr die Rezeption schlie\u00dfen und mit meinem Mann essen gehen. Ungef\u00e4hr ein- oder zweimal pro Woche werde ich gerufen, aber das ist in Ordnung. Die anderen 5 oder 6 N\u00e4chte kann ich mich entspannen und erholen und meine Lebensqualit\u00e4t hat sich verbessert. Ich habe mich wieder in eine Branche verliebt, die ich eigentlich verlassen wollte.\u201c <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Lebensqualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr das Personal!! Oft bevorzugen sie kontaktloses Zusammensein, damit sie das Gef\u00fchl haben, ihrem normalen Leben an einen einzigartigen Ort zu entfliehen, weit weg von allen anderen (sogar vom Gastgeber).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In einem Hotel oder Resort kann es zu einem Problem der G\u00e4steerwartungen werden. Ein Gast in diesem Umfeld erwartet ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Gastfreundschaft und m\u00f6chte wie ein \u201eK\u00f6nig oder eine K\u00f6nigin\u201c behandelt werden. Ich glaube, so sehr wir zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Sicherheit der G\u00e4ste auch einen kontaktlosen Prozess einf\u00fchren m\u00fcssen, m\u00fcssen wir durch virtuelle und pers\u00f6nliche Ans\u00e4tze ein Erlebnis schaffen, damit echte Gastfreundschaft sichtbar und sp\u00fcrbar wird. In einem Hotel- und Resortumfeld, in dem dies nicht richtig umgesetzt wird, wird es den Gast frustrieren, da er das Gef\u00fchl hat, nicht gut aufgehoben zu sein.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Wenn wir uns nun den einzigartigen Hybrid aus beiden ansehen, kommen wir zu einem Hostel. In diesem Szenario glaube ich, dass es durch Marketingbem\u00fchungen des Hostels vorgegebene Erwartungen gibt, die die Erwartungen der G\u00e4ste vorab formulieren. Meines Wissens tendiert der Gast eher zu einem kontaktlosen Prozess, da er beim Einchecken normalerweise nicht mit anderen interagieren m\u00f6chte. Er m\u00f6chte lieber auf sein Zimmer gehen, sein Gep\u00e4ck ausladen und den Ort erkunden.
