F\u00e4higkeiten, die auf datengest\u00fctztem Denken basieren, Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeiten, um komplexe Herausforderungen in einfachen Worten zu vermitteln, starke Pr\u00e4sentationsf\u00e4higkeiten (je nach Rolle auf der C-Ebene und abw\u00e4rts f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter), die F\u00e4higkeit, Ver\u00e4nderungen anzunehmen, und eine Portion Mut.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Abh\u00e4ngig von der Rolle, mit oder ohne direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitern, sind F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten von grundlegender Bedeutung. Wahre F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte beeinflussen Menschen von Natur aus. Und je gr\u00f6\u00dfer das Team, desto mehr Zeit muss darauf verwendet werden, Menschen zu inspirieren und ein vertrauensw\u00fcrdiges Arbeitsumfeld aufzubauen.
