Esto genera un sentimiento de fidelidad del hu\u00e9sped hacia el hotel y otros establecimientos. <\/em><em>En el segundo caso, cuando los hu\u00e9spedes est\u00e1n decepcionados, significa que el hotel ha actuado mal con el hu\u00e9sped, por lo que no se han cumplido sus expectativas y est\u00e1n decepcionados con el servicio recibido.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas veces un hu\u00e9sped se ha quejado en recepci\u00f3n, pero se ha limitado a pedir disculpas sin poder tomar ninguna medida para solucionar su insatisfacci\u00f3n? Lo que sucede entonces es que el hu\u00e9sped insatisfecho se ir\u00e1 y ya no considerar\u00e1 significativo volver a quejarse.
