Sin embargo, los hoteles nuevos pueden tener un mayor volumen al abrir, ya que los consumidores a menudo quieren probar o experimentar el hotel m\u00e1s nuevo de la ciudad.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Una diferencia clave en las estrategias de ingresos para un nuevo hotel es un mayor an\u00e1lisis y flexibilidad. Debido a que los patrones de demanda a\u00fan no est\u00e1n establecidos, es importante revisar la reserva y la demanda del mercado con m\u00e1s frecuencia que para un hotel establecido. de negocio.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Las principales diferencias que encontramos en las decisiones de Revenue Management Estrat\u00e9gico son de anticipaci\u00f3n a la implementaci\u00f3n de las estrategias que necesitamos realizar:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Si usted es un hotel frente al mar que a\u00fan depende de los precios fijos de los operadores tur\u00edsticos contratados, deber\u00e1 comenzar a pensar en su estrategia al menos 1 a\u00f1o antes de que comience. Hoy en d\u00eda los principales Tour Operadores ya tienen contrato para el 2023 y ya estamos recibiendo las primeras solicitudes de tarifas para el 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Si est\u00e1s en un destino con mucho Tour Series, tienes que contratar con 2 a\u00f1os de anticipaci\u00f3n, y lo mismo con las asignaciones Garantizadas. A d\u00eda de hoy las Tour Series m\u00e1s estables ya est\u00e1n contratadas para la temporada 2023\/2024 y ya estamos marcando la estrategia para 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Incluso si vives en un destino de &quot;\u00faltimo minuto&quot; que vive 100% de negocios directos, todav\u00eda tienes algunos precios fijos y eventos especiales que te obligar\u00e1n a comenzar a pensar en tu negocio con anticipaci\u00f3n. El precio no lo es todo, pero es uno de los pilares y comunica el valor de su propiedad y su posicionamiento. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Habiendo realizado varias aperturas nuevas, creo que un plan de negocios detallado y un an\u00e1lisis de mercado ayudar\u00e1n a establecer la estrategia correcta que cubrir\u00e1 al menos 3 fases: apertura, aceleraci\u00f3n y estabilizaci\u00f3n. Estas 3 fases impactan en la estrategia de Revenue Management y son las que hacen que una nueva apertura sea diferente a una propiedad establecida que funciona solo en la fase
