Esto parece simple, pero necesita un gran cambio en muchas \u00e1reas, como la forma en que piensan los equipos o grandes cambios en nuestras m\u00e9tricas principales, y no podemos olvidar los cambios necesarios en la tecnolog\u00eda actual.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cultura organizacional<\/strong>: Necesitamos fomentar una cultura que valore la eficiencia y utilice bien los recursos, adem\u00e1s de ganar m\u00e1s dinero. Esto significa ense\u00f1ar a los equipos c\u00f3mo sus acciones afectan la rentabilidad. Necesitamos dejar de pensar s\u00f3lo en los ingresos y empezar a pensar en la rentabilidad, tanto en el proceso de ventas como en c\u00f3mo nuestras ventas impactan en las ganancias de nuestro hotel.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Nuevas m\u00e9tricas<\/strong>: Deber\u00edamos empezar a utilizar m\u00e9tricas como beneficio por habitaci\u00f3n disponible (GOPPAR \u2013 Beneficio operativo bruto por habitaci\u00f3n disponible) y ADR neto, que es como el ADR del hotel pero sin costes de distribuci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Cambios en la tecnolog\u00eda<\/strong>: Quiz\u00e1s nuestro mayor problema sea c\u00f3mo manejan los sistemas los impuestos, las tarifas y los costos de marketing. Otro punto es decidir qu\u00e9 hacemos con los costos de ventas que no son tan f\u00e1ciles de aplicar, como los costos de tecnolog\u00eda, los costos de personal o los esfuerzos de marketing\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-5 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth Sin embargo, no creo que sean mutuamente excluyentes y que sea necesario centrarse en ambos.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>El equilibrio es importante entre los dos, ya que se trata de asegurar los ingresos para generar ganancias.
