Es \u00fatil para gestionar propiedades m\u00faltiples, ya que permite crear diferentes conjuntos de datos comparativos seg\u00fan el tipo de propiedad, el segmento o el posicionamiento. Adem\u00e1s, permite analizar el comportamiento del mercado geogr\u00e1fico, los plazos de reserva, las tendencias de b\u00fasqueda de vuelos, el volumen de b\u00fasquedas de hoteles y la captaci\u00f3n de reservas por parte de los GDS; todo ello contribuye a definir una estrategia de precios y posicionamiento m\u00e1s precisa.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Otro aspecto que a menudo se pasa por alto es analizar el rendimiento de tu inversi\u00f3n publicitaria, especialmente a trav\u00e9s de plataformas de metab\u00fasqueda. Herramientas como Google Ads Insights, el seguimiento de Meta IBE o incluso las herramientas integradas de visibilidad de la competencia en los paneles de control de metab\u00fasqueda pueden mostrarte c\u00f3mo se comparan tu visibilidad y tasa de clics con las de tus competidores.
