et g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. <\/em><em>Les comp\u00e9tences techniques sont importantes : plus le candidat a travaill\u00e9 sur des syst\u00e8mes diversifi\u00e9s, mieux c&#039;est. Je trouve \u00e9galement qu&#039;il est tr\u00e8s utile pour les h\u00f4tels de rechercher des candidats naturellement curieux des syst\u00e8mes. Ceux-ci apprennent souvent les tenants et les aboutissants d&#039;un syst\u00e8me rapidement et avec le moins d&#039;instructions, donc sans doute une capacit\u00e9 surpuissante. Il ne s&#039;agit pas seulement de l&#039;outil, mais aussi de la connaissance holistique et confiante de l&#039;outil rendue possible par une v\u00e9ritable volont\u00e9 d&#039;apprendre le \u00ab\u00a0pourquoi\u00a0\u00bb qui se cache derri\u00e8re. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>N\u00e9anmoins, le plus grand d\u00e9fi r\u00e9side dans les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Il est tout aussi important (et nous esp\u00e9rons que davantage de propri\u00e9taires et de directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux le reconnaissent) que votre responsable de la gestion des revenus poss\u00e8de des comp\u00e9tences en vente, en communication et en cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Les comp\u00e9tences en vente et en communication ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement discut\u00e9es et expliqu\u00e9es par les experts comme \u00e9tant les principales comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires aux chefs d&#039;entreprise, et il en va de m\u00eame pour la gestion des revenus. En revanche, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 est une comp\u00e9tence cl\u00e9. Oui, il y a de la place pour la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans RM. Les h\u00f4tels devraient embaucher des dirigeants qui peuvent d\u00e9montrer qu\u2019ils ont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des id\u00e9es et des solutions (m\u00eame si elles n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en \u0153uvre du tout). <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Il est important que les professionnels de RM s&#039;\u00e9loignent souvent des chiffres pour favoriser un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de croissance, permettant ainsi de faire preuve de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie. Les h\u00f4tels doivent \u00e9galement cr\u00e9er un environnement pour les revenue managers dans lequel ils peuvent exprimer leurs id\u00e9es m\u00eame si elles ne sont pas conventionnelles ou n&#039;ont aucun rapport avec leur domaine. Les erreurs ne peuvent pas \u00eatre un motif de punition dans cet environnement ; il faut que les diff\u00e9rentes disciplines, strat\u00e9gies et id\u00e9es utilis\u00e9es soient accept\u00e9es. Enfin, les dirigeants doivent faire correspondre les id\u00e9es choisies avec la proposition originale pour, esp\u00e9rons-le, g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des solutions, ce qui n&#039;est pas toujours l&#039;objectif final dans ce cas.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-5 fusion-flex-container
