Pour r\u00e9ussir, il faut ressentir la douleur dans la voix de vos invit\u00e9s et de vos collaborateurs pour mettre tout votre c\u0153ur dans le jeu, et il faut regarder les plaintes avec s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 dans leur contexte pour pouvoir poser sereinement les bonnes questions lors de la recherche. causes profondes et opportunit\u00e9s de modifier\/it\u00e9rer vos communications, processus, mentalit\u00e9s, syst\u00e8mes et produits. N&#039;oubliez pas que ce n&#039;est jamais la faute des employ\u00e9s. C&#039;\u00e9tait notre travail de leur donner les outils, les comp\u00e9tences, la formation et l&#039;inspiration n\u00e9cessaires pour faire ce qu&#039;il fallait, et nous les avons embauch\u00e9s, alors ne bl\u00e2mez pas le personnel et ne leur faites pas peur. C&#039;est contre-productif. Les exp\u00e9riences \u00ab Wow \u00bb viennent de la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9. \u00ab\u00a0Du soleil \u00e9tincelant\u00a0\u00bb sur le client \u00e0 chaque point de contact.
