Malheureusement, parfois, ils sont pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s, indiff\u00e9rents et carr\u00e9ment inutiles. Ce n\u2019est jamais la faute de l\u2019associ\u00e9, mais plut\u00f4t le manque de leadership. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Ce que je veux dire, c&#039;est que ce n&#039;est pas le v\u00e9hicule qui cr\u00e9e la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, c&#039;est le sens du message, l&#039;attention, le respect et l&#039;appr\u00e9ciation du client. C&#039;est l&#039;engagement profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9 envers le client, soigneusement programm\u00e9 ou inspir\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses humaines et non humaines, qui fait la diff\u00e9rence. Et laissez toujours un client appuyer sur \u00ab 0 \u00bb pour parler \u00e0 un associ\u00e9 attentionn\u00e9 et serviable s\u2019il le souhaite. La technologie peut apporter une aide, mais ne devrait jamais \u00eatre la seule option.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box M\u00eame l&#039;exp\u00e9rience client la plus personnalis\u00e9e, automatis\u00e9e et orient\u00e9e mobile aura besoin du soutien d&#039;une communication en direct. \u00c0 mon avis, la technologie
