Tels que la taille de l\u2019organisation, la pile technologique disponible, la r\u00e9partition des activit\u00e9s et l\u2019impact g\u00e9ographique. Un gestionnaire de revenus immobilier ou de cluster unique doit se familiariser avec le micro-march\u00e9, les concurrents, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs de demande pour la r\u00e9gion et le mix historique d&#039;activit\u00e9s. Des inspections sur site et des entretiens avec les concurrents sont indispensables. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En fonction de la technologie disponible, il sera \u00e9galement important pour lui de comprendre tous les d\u00e9tails concernant la configuration des codes tarifaires, la mani\u00e8re de d\u00e9finir des restrictions et de modifier les tarifs. Enfin, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de lui dispenser une formation professionnelle en BI et en outils de reporting afin qu&#039;il sache extraire les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&#039;analyse. L&#039;accent devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre mis sur la connaissance de l&#039;\u00e9quipe de l&#039;h\u00f4tel et sur ses souhaits et ses probl\u00e8mes. Ceci est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les Revenue Managers qui ne sont pas bas\u00e9s sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Les directeurs r\u00e9gionaux des revenus qui g\u00e8rent des \u00e9quipes de Revenue Managers peuvent \u00eatre moins comp\u00e9tents dans la gestion des tarifs et des stocks dans les syst\u00e8mes, car ils n&#039;en ont pas besoin pour leur routine quotidienne. Mais ils doivent comprendre l\u2019impact que cela a sur leurs \u00e9quipes afin de mesurer leur efficacit\u00e9. L&#039;accent sera mis davantage sur les capacit\u00e9s de BI et de reporting lors de l&#039;int\u00e9gration, ainsi que sur la configuration structurelle de
