Lorsqu&#039;une \u00e9quipe h\u00f4teli\u00e8re se souvient du nom d&#039;un client, de ses \u00e9quipements pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et r\u00e9pond syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 ses attentes, elle fid\u00e9lise la client\u00e8le.
