Questo pu\u00f2 essere fatto anche agli ospiti che hanno effettuato la prenotazione iniziale tramite un&#039;OTA. Realizza un diagramma di flusso di questi viaggi per scoprire quali sono i colli di bottiglia e dove puoi migliorare il flusso di prenotazione per trasformare gli ospiti OTA in ospiti diretti e ricorrenti.
