Come la dimensione dell\u2019organizzazione, lo stack tecnologico disponibile, il business mix e l\u2019impatto geografico. Un revenue manager di una singola propriet\u00e0 o di un cluster deve familiarizzare con il micromercato, i concorrenti, i generatori di domanda per la regione e il business mix storico. I sopralluoghi e le interviste ai concorrenti sono indispensabili. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A seconda della tecnologia disponibile, sar\u00e0 anche importante per lui o lei comprendere tutti i dettagli sull&#039;impostazione dei codici tariffari, su come impostare le restrizioni e modificare le tariffe. Infine, potrebbe essere necessario fornire una formazione professionale in BI e strumenti di reporting in modo che lui o lei sappia come estrarre i dati richiesti per l&#039;analisi. Dovrebbe anche essere posta una grande enfasi sulla conoscenza del team dell&#039;hotel e sull&#039;apprendimento dei loro desideri e punti deboli. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 particolarmente importante per i Revenue Manager non basati sulla propriet\u00e0.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>I direttori delle entrate regionali che gestiscono team di Revenue Manager possono essere meno esperti nella gestione delle tariffe e dell&#039;inventario nei sistemi poich\u00e9 non ne hanno bisogno per la loro routine quotidiana. Ma dovrebbero comprendere l\u2019impatto che ha sui loro team per poterne misurare l\u2019efficienza. I veri leader influenzano naturalmente le persone. E quanto pi\u00f9 grande \u00e8 il team, tanto pi\u00f9 tempo dovr\u00e0 essere dedicato a ispirare le persone e a creare un ambiente di lavoro affidabile.
