Ci sono troppe variabili in gioco.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Naturalmente, nelle situazioni dell&#039;ultimo minuto, pu\u00f2 essere pi\u00f9 sensato dare un&#039;occhiata al mercato esterno, ovvero quanti hotel sono ancora disponibili, quali tariffe offrono, quanti sono gi\u00e0 al completo, la domanda generale per la destinazione, le condizioni meteorologiche, ecc. Poich\u00e9 le prenotazioni dell&#039;ultimo minuto sono pi\u00f9 sensibili al prezzo, pu\u00f2 essere utile osservare la concorrenza per rimanere competitivi senza necessariamente tagliare le tariffe.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>In linea generale, \u00e8 sempre meglio confrontarsi con se stessi e concentrarsi sul miglioramento continuo.<\/em><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nIn termini di valore percepito, \u00e8 fondamentale mantenere un rapporto qualit\u00e0-prezzo costantemente elevato, assicurandosi che i prezzi siano in linea sia con la domanda nella zona sia con il livello di servizio offerto. Questo pu\u00f2 aiutare a identificare punti di forza e di debolezza, a capire cosa apprezzano maggiormente gli ospiti e a trarre spunti utili dalle recensioni, sia proprie che di altre strutture.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Oggi esistono diversi sistemi basati sull&#039;intelligenza artificiale che consentono un&#039;analisi rapida e dettagliata della reputazione degli hotel sul mercato, rendendo
