Richiede inoltre un cambiamento nel comportamento umano, sia da parte del personale alberghiero che dei clienti. Anni di &quot;sconti dell&#039;ultimo minuto&quot;, caratterizzati da riduzioni di prezzo improvvisate, hanno inavvertitamente abituato i clienti ad aspettarsi le tariffe migliori il giorno dell&#039;arrivo o poco prima. Questo spesso porta al dilemma: uno sconto ha davvero incentivato una nuova prenotazione, o ha semplicemente offerto una riduzione non necessaria a un cliente che aveva gi\u00e0 confermato il suo soggiorno? Un approccio pi\u00f9 deciso, in cui gli albergatori sono disposti a mantenere una posizione ferma sui prezzi, pu\u00f2 portare a risultati sorprendenti.<br \/>\n<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Un passo cruciale in questa trasformazione consiste nel comprendere il processo decisionale del cliente. Una strategia di prezzo standardizzata non funziona pi\u00f9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Qual \u00e8 la promessa e il posizionamento del tuo marchio?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Se il tuo marchio \u00e8 di fascia alta o lifestyle, gli sconti last-minute frequenti abituano i clienti ad aspettare le offerte e danneggiano la percezione del tuo valore. Concentrati invece sul valore aggiunto, sulle condizioni flessibili o sulle offerte esclusive.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Utilizzare correttamente i dati e la segmentazione<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Lo dico sempre: le decisioni relative ai ricavi devono essere supportate da dati, tendenze di mercato e una strategia chiara. Utilizzate strumenti che vi aiutino a capire chi prenota all&#039;ultimo minuto (clienti abituali, prenotazioni tramite OTA, utenti da dispositivi mobili) e impostate delle restrizioni di conseguenza, ad esempio con offerte geolocalizzate, tariffe riservate agli utenti da dispositivi mobili o offerte esclusive per i membri. Non \u00e8 necessario applicare sconti a tutto. <\/em><em>Se il tuo hotel lavora con gruppi, prova a bloccare le prenotazioni con un anticipo maggiore utilizzando una strategia separata. Questo ti permette di costruire una solida base e ti offre maggiore flessibilit\u00e0 per ottimizzare le tariffe individuali man mano che si avvicina la data, senza dover ricorrere a prezzi maggiorati in preda al panico. <\/em><em>Questo vale anche per i mercati geografici: se da un lato \u00e8 importante massimizzare i segmenti attuali, dall&#039;altro \u00e8 altrettanto fondamentale esplorarne di nuovi, idealmente attraverso strategie come partnership B2B o nel settore turistico.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Collaborare con il marketing per promuovere il business a lungo termine e in modo diretto<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Collabora con il team marketing per aumentare la visibilit\u00e0, riattivare i clienti abituali e creare pacchetti che offrano un valore aggiunto.
