Hoje em dia os grandes Operadores Tur\u00edsticos j\u00e1 contrataram para 2023 e j\u00e1 estamos a receber os primeiros pedidos de tarifas para 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Se estiver num destino com muitos Tour Series, tem que contratar com 2 anos de anteced\u00eancia, e o mesmo se passa com os Lotes Garantidos. Hoje as Tour Series mais est\u00e1veis j\u00e1 est\u00e3o contratadas para a temporada 2023\/2024 e j\u00e1 estamos estabelecendo a estrat\u00e9gia para 2025.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Mesmo se voc\u00ea mora em um destino de \u201c\u00faltima hora\u201d que vive 100% em neg\u00f3cios diretos, voc\u00ea ainda tem alguns pre\u00e7os fixos e eventos especiais que o for\u00e7ar\u00e3o a come\u00e7ar a pensar em seus neg\u00f3cios com anteced\u00eancia. O pre\u00e7o n\u00e3o \u00e9 tudo mas \u00e9 um dos pilares e comunica o valor do seu im\u00f3vel e o seu posicionamento. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Tendo feito v\u00e1rias novas aberturas, acho que um plano de neg\u00f3cios detalhado e uma an\u00e1lise de mercado ajudar\u00e3o a definir a estrat\u00e9gia certa que cobrir\u00e1 pelo menos 3 fases: abertura, ramp-up e estabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Estas 3 fases impactam a estrat\u00e9gia de gest\u00e3o de receita e s\u00e3o as que diferenciam uma nova abertura de um im\u00f3vel estabelecido que funciona apenas na fase
